Fellowship program details

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in a related field, such as an MHA, MBA with a healthcare concentration, or MPH. We strongly prefer applicants with a previous internship in a medical setting. You need strong quantitative, project management, and problem-solving skills, along with familiarity in performance improvement methodology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to develop professional relationships across all levels of the organization.

To apply, you must submit a resume, one letter of recommendation, and a one-page personal statement indicating your interest in healthcare performance improvement. We may request an official graduate school transcript during the interview process. Please note that the 2026-2027 applications are currently closed.

You will finish the program with a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based strategies and performance improvement methodologies that drive excellence.
