Ella received her bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in creative writing from Vanderbilt University and her Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration, along with a certificate in Geospatial Analysis and Visualization, from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). At UIC, she served as President of the Public Health Student Association and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant with the NIH P20-funded Center for Extreme Conditions and Health Excellence. Her interest in healthcare grew through public service and research, beginning with her work supporting the Nashville Metro Department of Public Health's COVID-19 response. At Vizient, she has contributed to policy-focused research and analytics, including scenario modeling of proposed Medicaid legislation and analyses examining social drivers of post-firearm injury emergency department recidivism. Ella is passionate about using data-driven insights to advance healthcare quality, access, and patient outcomes.

Viviana received her bachelor's degree in public health from San Diego State University and her Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management from Emory University. During graduate school, Viviana served as President of the ACHE student chapter, held leadership roles with Georgia HFMA and across campus. She also gained experience in quality improvement and healthcare consulting through internships with Emory University Student Health Services and Plante Moran, strengthening her skills in analytics, process improvement, and change management.

Viviana’s interest in healthcare is rooted in her lived experiences with health system challenges. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to improving care delivery, advancing health system performance, and creating meaningful change for patients and providers alike. Through her work at Vizient, she is eager to continue learning, growing, and contributing to initiatives that drive measurable impact across healthcare systems at scale. Outside of work, Viviana enjoys trying new coffee shops, going to the gym, and finding unique thrift pieces.
