Program requirements

Review the eligibility criteria and application process for our upcoming fellowship cycle.

Candidates must graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program and complete an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency. We also consider equivalent experience for the Fellow classification. You must hold or be eligible for active pharmacy licensure in Illinois.

We conduct preliminary virtual interviews through the ASHP Personal Placement Service during the Midyear Clinical Meeting. Submit your curriculum vitae, a letter of intent, and three letters of recommendation directly to our team, as we do not use the PhORCAS application.

The 12-month program begins in July in Chicago, IL, offering an estimated $70,000 stipend. Trainees receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 14 days of PTO, and travel reimbursement for approved professional meetings like the Vizient Summit. The application period for the 2026-2027 program is closed, but check back later for updates.
