Throughout his career, he has built and scaled teams, products, and operating platforms across payer, provider, and government markets, while leading modernization, SaaS strategy, data, member experience, and enterprise AI initiatives. His executive experience includes roles within Fortune 25 and PE-backed companies — Optum, PatientPoint, Allscripts, LTCG/illumifin, and Centene, as well as advising boards and venture capital firms on healthcare technology strategy. Gain holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science with a minor in business administration from Ohio University.
