Advance regulatory readiness for 2027 and beyond

As regulatory and accreditation expectations continue to evolve, this two-day training helps healthcare professionals stay ahead. Designed around three focus areas—compliance, risk mitigation and collaboration—this interactive course equips participants with practical strategies to support patient safety and organizational readiness across the care continuum.

Regulatory and Accreditation Compliance: This component emphasizes the importance of complying with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in healthcare settings. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and various accreditation bodies, with a specific focus on JC and CMS expectations. Strategies will be developed to ensure readiness and maintain ongoing compliance.

Risk Identification and Mitigation: This component addresses the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks in healthcare settings. Participants will learn techniques to proactively identify potential risks, analyze their impact, and implement effective mitigation strategies. The focus will be on patient safety and minimizing adverse events.

Synergistic Teamwork: This component emphasizes the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving compliance and patient safety goals. Participants will explore strategies to foster a culture of teamwork, enhance communication and collaboration among team members, and leverage individual strengths to create synergy within the healthcare team.
