Nicole Hawley is senior director of venture delivery on the Vizient Data and Digital Research and Development team, where she helps build new healthcare solutions from early concept through pilot and market readiness. Her work spans customer discovery, product development, and cross-functional execution, with a focus on translating complex health system challenges into practical, scalable solutions. Before joining Vizient, Hawley worked across several healthcare technology organizations spanning revenue cycle and clinical operations, where she led customer partnerships, helped scale customer-facing functions, and supported health systems in adopting and operationalizing new technology.
