Truck Scale Robot Cell

• Four Fanuc Arc Mate M710/20L robot arms
• Two servo driven robot tracks with 40 feet of linear travel (two robots on each track). Robot tracks are located within a recessed floor
• One head and tailstock positioner located over a recessed floor to allow for additional clearance for the customer part to provide additional clearance for the weldment as it is rotated.
• Tooling designed & built by Vizient and allows for robotic welding of 67 different weigh station truck scale frames
• Tooling consists of customized features for consistent and repeatable part location and hydraulic clamping of customer parts
• Hydraulically actuated flip floors which cover the robot track and allow the operator to work above the recessed floor
• Cell is equipped with two sets of safety light curtains and two area scanners
• Touch panel (human machine interface) for easy program selection, documentation and alarm notification
