Skyhook Robot Cell

• Fanuc Arc Mate 120iB-10L robot arm
1. Robot is on a track with 12 feet of travel for optimal weld access
2. Track is located between the positioners to provide weld access to both sides of the cell
• Weldments manipulated by one head and tail stock positioner and one sky hook positioner
• Sky hook capable of rotating parts 360 degrees on two different axes
• All tooling designed and fabricated by Vizient and allows for welding of six different assemblies
• All openings to the cell are equipped with light curtains and roll shield flash protection
