• One M900iA/600 floor mount material handling robot with 700kg payload
• One Fanuc M710iC/20L robot arm with R30iA B-cabinet controller
• M900 end effector equipped with a hydraulic gripper, designed and manufactured by Vizient
• M900 utilizes In-feed/Out-feed fixtures to pick incoming parts for weldment and place outgoing finished parts on opposite side
• SICK safety scanners utilized for safe operating when M900 is working near In-feed or Out-feed fixtures, while operator is free to work safely on opposite side
• Coordinated Motion software utilized to keep weldment on a horizontal plane, while moving all axes of both robots and keeping the same travel speed
• Touch Panel (Human Machine Interface) for easy program selection, documentation, and alarm notification
