• Fanuc Arc Mate M710/20L robot arm on a servo controlled track
• Two station robot cell with one drop center positioner and one headstock and adjustable tailstock located on opposite sides of the work cell
• High capacity drop center positioner capable of rotating weldments up to 15,000 lbs
• Head and adjustable sliding tailstock positioner capable of rotating weldments up to 10,000 lbs
• Custom weld tooling designed & built by Vizient and allows for robotic welding of three completely different assemblies with multiple variations of each assembly
• High clamping force on welding fixture pre-bows the bottom plate of the weldment. This compensates for weld distortion created by heavy, multi-pass welding which is required for machinery of this size.
• Touch panel (human machine interface) for easy program selection, documentation and alarm notification
