• Ferris wheel style welding positioner improves work flow as material staging is done from only one side of the welding cell
• Common electrical skid and robot base integrated into work cell
• Cell opening is equipped with Sick light curtains for safeguarding
• Robots are equipped with Fanuc iR Vision 2D Guidance software for clamp detection, part presence, orientation and position
• Integrated laser scanner mounted on the Ferris wheel positioner to measure part run-out before and after it is welded
